Design Inspo in Chicago
For my birthday this year, Lyn and I visited Chicago and toured the Art Institute, rode the River Cruise Architecture Tour, and visited some of the buildings on the downtown Loop. In one of the buildings, we found ourselves in the Design Museum of Chicago and a fabulous poster exhibit. The layouts were inspiring. Particularly of interest at the Art Institute was a book binding, illustration, and photography exhibit by Frida Kahlo from a month in Paris with Mary Reynolds.
