As part of the rebrand of WCG Clinical, I led a design team through a series of design sprints focused on logo development, color exploration, typography, and the creation of a new visual identity system.

The resulting stylized "W" embodies the idea of unity—three distinct elements coming together to form a single, cohesive whole. The mark evokes themes of connection, journey, and hope, reflecting WCG's role in advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes.

The project included the development and presentation of brand concepts to the executive leadership team, the creation of a comprehensive design system for web, print, video, and animation, consultation on the corporate website redesign, and the development of templates and guidelines for marketing communications. Additional work included environmental concepts and visual assets for trade shows, conferences, and sales events.

The result was a scalable and cohesive brand system capable of supporting the organization's growth while creating a consistent experience across all customer touchpoints.
