Populuxe

Ray Cessna and Greg Martinez run a store in Kansas City, sourcing, curating and reselling high quality mid-century furniture and accessories. They wanted a website to showcase their work and also a way to talk about what they do in PR. I enlisted the creative talent of my wife Lyn Morse-Brown to help capture their story and refine their brand to reflect the super high quality and fun nature of their line of business.

Populuxe

Collaborative design with Lyn Morse-Brown included brand refinements and additions for this local Kansas City based Mid-Century furniture store. After meeting with Greg and Ray, we quickly realized their desire was that people pair different pieces together to create a unique look for thier home. We took their original boomerang logo and stylized a P for a modular logo or avatar. We also included a new website design, social media account refinements and swag (buttons, postcards, and magnets).
